Returns are accepted up to thirty (30) days from time of order if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the total order amount minus the shipping costs, credit card fee (3%), and restocking fees (25%) for the return. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Exclusions: Pride Lift Chairs that have customizations such as fabric upgrades, heat/massage, or other customizations are non-returnable.
