With this premium option, certified technicians will deliver, unpack, assemble, and ensure your lift chair is fully functional—so you can start enjoying comfort immediately, without any heavy lifting or setup worries.

Optional Service Plan for Added Peace of Mind

For ongoing support, you can opt for a service plan at an additional cost. While your chair is covered under this service contract, any issues can be quickly resolved—just call us, and we’ll arrange for a technician to come to your home for diagnosis and repairs, ensuring uninterrupted comfort and convenience.

Unboxing & Assembly Guide

Your Pride Mobility Lift Chair will arrive securely wrapped in protective plastic, packed inside a sturdy carton, and placed on a wooden pallet for added security. Once unboxed:

1. Attach the backrest – Simply slide the forks on the backrest into the receivers on the base until you hear a click, indicating a secure connection.

2. Position the chair – It’s recommended to have two people lift the chair off the pallet and move it into place.

3. Final setup – Remove any twist ties around the power cords and remote cable, plug it in, and you’re all set!

Returns are accepted up to thirty (30) days from time of order if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the total order amount minus the shipping costs, credit card fee (3%), and restocking fees (25%) for the return. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Exclusions: Pride Lift Chairs that have customizations such as fabric upgrades, heat/massage, or other customizations are non-returnable.
