EV Rider Returns are accepted up to thirty (30) days from time of order if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the total order amount minus the shipping costs, credit card fee (3%) , and restocking fees (25%) for the return. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

EV Rider Warranty 3-Year Warranty: Covers the structural frame, including the frame, platform, and seat post. 1-Year Warranty: Covers electronic components and other scooter parts against manufacturing defects. Labor is not included. Battery Warranty: Separately purchased batteries are covered for 1 year . Batteries included free with the scooter are not covered . Warranty Exclusions: Does not cover normal wear-and-tear items (such as wheels and tires), misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, labor charges, or shipping costs. Eligibility: Valid only for the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase.
