Battery Options & Airline Travel Information

The Jazzy® Carbon HD comes standard with a 20Ah lithium battery, delivering extended range and dependable all-day performance for everyday use. This higher-capacity battery is ideal for longer outings, errands, and outdoor travel where fewer recharges matter most.

However, due to airline safety regulations, the standard 20Ah battery is not airline compliant and cannot be used for air travel.

For customers who plan to fly, an optional 12Ah lithium battery is available for purchase. This smaller battery is TSA- and airline-compliant, making it suitable for approved air travel while still providing reliable power for trips, vacations, and airport navigation.

Why this matters:

 20Ah battery = maximum range for daily use

12Ah battery = airline-approved option for flying

Pride Mobility

Returns are accepted up to thirty (30) days from time of order if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the total order amount minus the shipping costs, credit card fee (3%), and restocking fees (25%) for the return. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Exclusions: Pride Lift Chairs that have customizations such as fabric upgrades, heat/massage, or other customizations are non-returnable.
