Pride VivaLift Ultra PLR-4955 Heat & Massage Power Lift Chair

We love the chair but we only recieved 1 owners manual/full package. Should there be product numbers for both chairs?

This chair has been the perfect addition to my daily routine. The massage and heat features are excellent after my morning walks, especially for my lower back. It’s extremely supportive and very easy to operate. The lift feature is smooth and makes it much safer for me to stand up without strain. I’ve owned several lift chairs over the years, and this one is hands-down the best.

Recovering from hip surgery at my age hasn’t been easy, but this lift chair made it much more manageable. I could easily get in and out without help, and the heat feature helped relieve post-surgery tension in my muscles. I especially appreciated the ability to raise just my legs or adjust the back independently. It’s not just a chair, it’s part of my recovery.

The construction of this chair is solid, and the cushioning is very supportive without being too firm. I suffer from chronic lower back pain, and the heat/massage combo has made such a difference. I also love the adjustable lumbar and headrest,I can sit upright for meals or fully recline for a nap. The remote took a little time to learn, but now I find it very intuitive.

We got the VivaLift! Ultra PLR-4955 for my 85-year-old mother, and she adores it. She uses the heat daily for her back pain, and the massage helps her relax before bed. She says it’s the most comfortable chair she’s ever had. From a caregiver’s perspective, it also gives me peace of mind knowing she can get in and out of the chair safely on her own. Fantastic product!

I was skeptical about getting a lift chair, but this model has exceeded my expectations. The PLR-4955 is not only supportive, it’s actually stylish and blends with my home décor. The heat and massage add a spa-like comfort, especially after long days. What I appreciate most is the feeling of independence this chair gives me. I no longer need help getting in and out of my seat. Five stars all the way!

This chair is luxurious, no doubt about it. The heat and massage work wonderfully on my lower back and legs, and the powered adjustments are smooth. My only issue was figuring out the remote—so many buttons took me a day or two to learn. Now that I’ve got it down, I use it constantly. It's great for seniors who want both comfort and functionality.

I love this chair! It’s extremely well-made and the fabric is soft but durable. The heat function soothes my back, and the massage helps with circulation in my legs. I use the chair throughout the day to elevate my feet, and at night I recline it nearly flat for a short nap. The lift function is gentle, so I never feel rushed or pushed. It’s been an absolute blessing.

The heat and massage features on this VivaLift! Ultra chair are a godsend. I use it every night before bed to ease my arthritis pain. The massage is gentle but effective, and the heat in the lumbar area helps loosen stiffness. I also love how it adjusts to multiple positions, I can recline almost flat for naps or raise it just enough to watch TV comfortably. The lift feature is strong and smooth, making it so much easier to get up without help. Highly recommended for anyone with mobility or chronic pain issues.

This chair has become my favorite place to sit and read or watch my shows. I truly feel more secure and comfortable in my own home now!

Oh, what a wonderful chair this has turned out to be! Getting up used to be a real struggle for me, but this lift chair has changed that completely. The moment I press the button, it gently raises me to my feet without any strain. The comfort is amazing, with soft fabric that feels cozy. Its the perfect spot for my afternoon naps too! Im so glad I decided to get this.
