The Victory Platinum separates into five pieces without tools using Pride’s Feather-Touch disassembly system, making it easier to transport by car or store when not in use. The heaviest piece is the 67-lb front section, while the compact folding seat weighs 30.4 lbs and each battery weighs 21.6 lbs. Fully assembled with batteries, the scooter weighs 188.2 lbs. A one-handed tiller adjustment also allows the steering angle to be changed for driving or lowered for transport.

The Victory Platinum is assembled in Pontotoc, Mississippi, using foreign and domestic parts. Standard equipment includes a front basket, two rearview mirrors, a water-resistant console, and a maximum-intensity LED headlight for improved pathway illumination. The 18 x 17-inch black vinyl seat features a pinchless hinge, 8-point swivel, and sliders, while high-back limited-recline seats are available as upgrades. The scooter is available in Cardinal Red matte or Iceberg Blue matte.
